scheduling

You will self-schedule an available appointment that is convenient for you. Schedule your appointment by clicking the "Get Started" button above or the "Schedule your appointment " button at the top right of your screen. Follow the instructions on the HIPPA site. fill out the necessary electronic forms and history.

consultation

When the time comes for your appointment, log in to your HIPPA Zoom meeting 10 to 30 minutes before your appointment time. From the comfort and safety of your home or lodging, you will be evaluated by
